I joined TABLOGIX in July 2008 as a stock control specialist. I was engaged in accounting in the SAP system of inbound, storage and outbound goods, prepared reports and participated in the inventory.
On the way from a stock control specialist to the warehouse team leader I held several positions. In January 2016 I had an appoinment as a warehouse manager. Today I'm responsible for the efficiency of the part distribution center (PDC) where automotive spare parts are stored and handled.
My work has always brought me pleasure. I'm focused both on my personal success and success of the company. I think, all this contributed to my career. The company always pays great attention to training and motivational activities. I can say that anyone who is willing to work hard, has the opportunity to achieve success in our company. Every day I am convinced that we do our best to meet the high requirements of the customers.
I joined TABLOGIX in 2006 as a stock control specialist at the part where Volvo spare parts were stored. In 2007 I was promoted to the senior stock control specialist, in 2009 I became the head of the department. I worked at different parts of the warehouse where various types of products were stored such as automotive spare parts, household appliances, household chemicals, food etc. Thanks to this I gained invaluable experience that I use today.
Since 2009 I have been filling position of a trainer-consultant of WMS department. My duties include training staff to work in warehouse management systems, such as Exceed, SAP, VIPS, and training in using the remote digital terminals. From time to time I’m checking knowledge of warehouse staff and upgrading the training programs.
I joined Tablogix in 2011, changing the comfortable bank chair to the interesting job of a stock control specialist. I was interested in experience in a large logistics company with organized and automated processes. Moreover I know few organizations that pay so much attention to labor protection and fire safety.
In the company I studied warehouse management system and took executive training and courses in insurance and claims. My warehouse part occupies 12,000 sq.m, where up-to-date storage and cargo handling technologies has been introduced. 82 people make up a skilled and reliable team. My colleagues support me implementing complex tasks and high volume of work.
I work for the result and success of the company. I like to set goals and get satisfaction from achieving them. Only doing my job isn’t interesting for me, and 'I am passionate about deepening my knowledge and improving professional skills.
I have been working at Tablogix since 2007, started as an WMS operator. I was motivated to study in detail all warehouse processes: receipt of goods, order picking, product placement etc. I tried to understand why my job is important, why particular documents come to me. Then I became a dealer specialist. And a few months later, the deputy section supervisor and finally I was entrusted with the job of section supervisor. Now I am responsible for three sections at once.
I work in full force, adjusting processes from A to Z. The team spirit is very important. People around me are conscientious and hardworking. I am motivated by the fact that Tablogix directors are deeply involved in communication with employees, they support and thank people. Career growth is the highest gratitude for my work.
I joined TABLOGIX in 2008 as a loader-picker. After 6 months I was trained on the fork lift driver. Since 2010 I have been working in the position of a team leader. I'm convinced that development and training opportunities are available for every employee in TABLOGIX. I believe if there is a chance to achieve more at work, move on the career ladder, you should aspire to it.
At present time my duties include organization of team work including receiving, picking, shipping goods, as well as efficient placing of goods in the warehouse. I control timely and quality implementation of production tasks, as well as effective use of available resources.
