I joined TABLOGIX in July 2008 as a stock control specialist. I was engaged in accounting in the SAP system of inbound, storage and outbound goods, prepared reports and participated in the inventory.
On the way from a stock control specialist to the warehouse team leader I held several positions. In January 2016 I had an appoinment as a warehouse manager. Today I'm responsible for the efficiency of the part distribution center (PDC) where automotive spare parts are stored and handled.
My work has always brought me pleasure. I'm focused both on my personal success and success of the company. I think, all this contributed to my career. The company always pays great attention to training and motivational activities. I can say that anyone who is willing to work hard, has the opportunity to achieve success in our company. Every day I am convinced that we do our best to meet the high requirements of the customers.
I joined TABLOGIX in 2006 as a stock control specialist at the part where Volvo spare parts were stored. In 2007 I was promoted to the senior stock control specialist, in 2009 I became the head of the department. I worked at different parts of the warehouse where various types of products were stored such as automotive spare parts, household appliances, household chemicals, food etc. Thanks to this I gained invaluable experience that I use today.
Since 2009 I have been filling position of a trainer-consultant of WMS department. My duties include training staff to work in warehouse management systems, such as Exceed, SAP, VIPS, and training in using the remote digital terminals. From time to time I’m checking knowledge of warehouse staff and upgrading the training programs.
I joined TABLOGIX in 2009 as a loader-picker. My duties included loading and unloading of stock, receiving of goods, placing goods in the storage area, packaging, labeling, picking, etc. In 2010 I was promoted to the position of fork lift driver, then – a warehouseman and eventually - a shift leader.
Due to my strong desire to grow and develop, I'm not to spare myself and my team. I've achieved promotion due to well-coordinated work of the staff and good faith. TABLOGIX has influenced on me - I grew up in the company, became more independent and confident. Corporate values of TABLOGIX are based on professional development of staff.
I joined TABLOGIX in 2007 as a stock control inspector. I engaged in checking of shipping documents and product placement rules, compliance with the storage mode of goods, making inventories, monitoring quality indicators of warehouse operations, checking shipping orders etc.
In 2008 I was offered a position of account manager at the Volvo warehouse part. This job was involved in cooperation with Dealers Liaision Service and transportation companies for handling dealers’ claims. In addition I conducted the dealers satisfaction survey.
Since 2009 I have been working as a stock audit manager. I control audits and train my staff. I believe that my work contributes to the improvement of company performance and its business image on the logistics market.
I joined TABLOGIX in 2008 as a loader-picker. After 6 months I was trained on the fork lift driver. Since 2010 I have been working in the position of a team leader. I'm convinced that development and training opportunities are available for every employee in TABLOGIX. I believe if there is a chance to achieve more at work, move on the career ladder, you should aspire to it.
At present time my duties include organization of team work including receiving, picking, shipping goods, as well as efficient placing of goods in the warehouse. I control timely and quality implementation of production tasks, as well as effective use of available resources.
