Quality management

TABLOGIX possesses all necessary capabilities and makes every effort to provide logistics services in accordance with international quality standards. TABLOGIX has been certified under Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2008 in 2008. Quality management policy implementation is each employee duty and matter of honour.

In order to maintain quality standards TABLOGIX has implemented the following:

  • Introduced independent Quality Control Department to oversee operations allocating quality control managers at each warehouse.
  • Implemented system of standard Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to monitor operations.
  • Developed staff training programs to increase qualification of the personnel.
  • Developed IT solutions

Annual recertification of QMSis conducted by independent international agency Bureau Veritas Certification.

In 2014 TABLOGIX was awarded by Logistic Service Quality Award certificate from the Ford Sollers due to achieving high quality level of services in spare parts logistics.
