Tablogix is recognized as a company with an effective CSR system

A company underwent a comprehensive audit by the world-renowned rating agency Ecovadis. The assessment was required by a client Swedish cosmetic manufacturer Oriflame as part of the development of sustainable supply chains. As a result independent authority confirms socially oriented values and actions anchored in Tablogix’s guiding principles and policies.

EcoVadis examined Tablogixs performance in the four sustainability areas “Environment”, Employment practices and human rights, Fair business practices and Sustainable procurement. CSR has been enshrined at Tablogix for many years, and is an integral component of its strategic orientation. Tablogix assumes responsibility for providing safe and healthy working conditions, reducing the impact on the environment, and doing honest business.

Sustainability issues and CSR have not been widely spread in Russian business practice. CSR principles began to develop due to the initiative of global corporations working in Russia. Today most of the international clients make purchases guided by the issues of sustainable development. CSR principles have acquired a key position when customers rank suppliers. Thus sustainable business philosophy is efficient sales argument. Suppliers that manage their business sustainably are in most cases more efficient than other suppliers, since sustainability supposes the continuous improvement of all the business processes.

Since the EcoVadis independent rating agency was founded in 2007, more than 20,000 well-known companies have relied on the competence of EcoVadis to reduce risks, promote innovations and create trust and transparency between business partners. These suppliers from 95 countries are now assessed according to more than 150 purchasing categories and 21 CSR criteria. The assessment is carried out by EcoVadis CSR experts who evaluate the companies responses to a survey. The methodology is built on international CSR standards including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact, and the ISO 26000.
